About VerbouwGroep Noord
My name is Niels, owner of VerbouwGroep Noord. I have been working in construction, installation technology and renovation for over 15 years. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction management: remodelling & renovation, installation technology and electrical engineering under one name, from complete home renovations and bathroom renovations to the technical disciplines that go with them.
To handle peaks and carry out specialist work properly, we regularly collaborate with independent tradespeople. Not a temp-agency construction, but a collaboration between entrepreneurs.

What does the collaboration look like?
As a self-employed professional you are brought in on a project basis within our renovation and construction projects. You work independently with your own craftsmanship and decide for yourself how you carry out the work. We agree in advance on what is needed and when.
- Project-based work within renovations, extensions, bathrooms and technical installations
- Your own tools and transport is a plus
- Invoicing based on rates agreed in advance
- Short lines and clear agreements
- Great projects across Groningen and the north of the Netherlands
What do we ask?
You are an independent entrepreneur with your own registration at the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and you work for several clients. In addition, we value craftsmanship, reliability and good communication: you keep your agreements, deliver quality and think along about practical solutions during the work.
