Complete renovation from demolition to handover
For this project in Haren, we stripped the entire home and rebuilt it from scratch. The client wanted a modern, functional home with high-quality finishes. Our team handled the complete bathroom, kitchen, electrical installation and central heating. Everything under one roof, with one dedicated contact person.

Full renovation with extension
For this home on Barkmolenstraat in Groningen we carried out a complete renovation including a new extension. From the insulated foundation and the timber-frame extension with sliding doors, to a fully renovated house: bathroom, two toilets, kitchen with full installation work, electrics, plastering and underfloor heating. One dedicated team, from foundation to handover.

Full renovation with structural works
For this home on the Zandsteenlaan in Vinkhuizen we carried out a complete full-home renovation. After the demolition works we removed a concrete load-bearing wall and replaced it with a steel support structure, opening up the ground floor and letting in far more light. We then renewed the entire electrical, plumbing and heating installation, installed underfloor heating, and finished the whole house with plastering and a new vinyl floor.

Full renovation with a bespoke kitchen and bathroom
For this home on the Allermanstraat in Groningen we carried out a complete renovation of the kitchen, bathroom and living area. The kitchen is handleless, with a light composite worktop, a peninsula with induction hob and a bespoke oak cabinet wall that doubles as a room divider towards the hallway. In the bathroom we finished the washstand in situ in a concrete look, with two countertop basins and an organically shaped mirror. The entire floor was given smooth plasterwork and a new wood-look floor.
