Full renovation with bespoke joinery, Allermanstraat Groningen
A house in Groningen where the owners deliberately chose bespoke work over off-the-shelf. That decision shaped the whole approach: less ready-made, more made to fit.
The situation
The layout worked, the finish did not. Kitchen and bathroom were dated, and standard-size units sat badly against the existing walls, leaving gaps and dead corners throughout.
Our approach
We fitted a new kitchen and rebuilt the bathroom around a made-to-measure vanity top with a double basin. The joinery was cut to fit on site so everything meets the existing walls cleanly. The plasterwork in the living areas was renewed so walls and ceilings finish crisply.
The result
A house where nothing looks slotted in. Bespoke work takes longer to prepare, but produces a finish that standard sizes cannot reach.
